Carlos was so very helpful and completely professional.  I asked for some drywall patching following an electrical repair by another firm who did not finish the job.  He not only did what needed to be done, but cleaned up the mess left by the other contractor on the floor.  I asked for simple no-nonsense "doesn't need to be pretty" patch job, but he went the extra mile to match the texture of the ceiling where one of the patches was located.

Oh yes, the dispatcher / supervisor was great to work with as well...  But Carlos was the star of my experience.

Drew was professional and to the point.  He was concise and efficient with his time.  He even pointed out a blemish in the board he was going to hang to see if I wanted to maybe exchange it.  He gave me that option before hand - most folks don't do that.  I will make sure I ask him back for assistance.  The pricing was just right!
